How the price of a video is set
By the comment count TikTok shows on the video, which is the number we check when you start a draw. That count includes replies, and the draw only reads top-level comments, so the entries always come in under it.
Every comment on the video is read, not a sample. A pass covers its video even if it keeps collecting comments afterwards, up to a fifth over the size it was bought for.

What Pro includes
Pro is $9.99 a month, or $99 a year ($8.25 a month). It covers every video, whatever its size, up to 50,000 comments read a month across all of them.
- Draws on videos of any size, including those too big for a pass
- Up to 50 winners in one draw, and up to 20 backup winners drawn with them, in order, for no-shows
- A monthly allowance of 50,000 comments read. On the yearly plan it renews every month, not once a year
- Re-drawing a video you have already read uses none of it: the comments are read once per draw session
- Cancel at any time from your account page. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for
What a Draw Pass covers
A pass unlocks one video: every comment on it, and as many re-draws as you need for 30 days. It keeps the free limits on winners (up to 5).
If you move to Pro within 7 days of buying a pass, its price comes off your first Pro payment.
Paying, receipts and cancelling
Checkout is run by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record: it charges the card, collects any VAT or sales tax your country requires (the prices here already include it), and sends the receipt. Card details never reach this site.
You do not need an account before you pay. The email you give at checkout becomes your account, and you are signed in when you come back. On another device, sign in with the same email and a link arrives in your inbox.
Cancelling Pro, changing the card or switching between monthly and yearly is done from your account page, through Stripe's billing portal.
Your first Pro payment is refundable in full within 7 days of it, as long as no draw has been run on a video over 500 comments, and a pass that could not read its video is refunded if no draw was run with it: write to support@stelvy.com. The terms have the details.
What stays free
Every draw on a video with up to 500 comments, as many times as you like, with no account. The verifiable draw record, the entry rules and the free TikTok tools stay free too. The comment viewer and exporter show the first 500 comments of any bigger video for free.
