Khaby Lame (@khaby.lame), with 162,940,761 followers on 8 November 2026, ahead of Charli D'Amelio with 160,344,244. Khaby Lame took the lead from Charli D'Amelio in June 2022. The most-followed brand account is @tiktok, TikTok's own.

Leah Halton's "Summer😊#Inverted" (@looooooooch), posted in 2024, with 80,373,662 likes on 8 November 2026.

Older lists still name Bella Poarch's lip-sync to "Soph Aspin Send (M to the B)": Guinness World Records' most liked video page credits it with 54.9 million likes as of 25 January 2022. Leah Halton's video has passed that since.

Zach King's "They rejected my application to Hogwarts but I still found a…" (@zachking), posted in 2019, with 2,384,343,311 views on 8 November 2026. It is the same video Guinness World Records' most viewed video page names, Zach King's magic broomstick illusion, at about 2.2 billion views as verified by TikTok on 15 March 2022.

From TikTok, read on 8 November 2026 and again every day. TikTok publishes no ranking of its own, so the page starts from a list of candidates and reads each one. The accounts are the 50 in Wikipedia's list of most-followed TikTok accounts, less one that could not be read, re-ranked here by their exact counts. The videos are the most liked and most viewed found among up to 40 of the most popular videos on each of those accounts, plus Leah Halton's: 1,922 videos in all.

That has a limit worth saying plainly: a video that went viral on an account outside the top 50 would not be on these lists. Guinness World Records keeps its own most followers on TikTok record, but updates its page far less often: it gives Khaby Lame 161.5 million followers as of 19 February 2024.

On the very largest accounts, TikTok's own count can differ by a few thousand from one moment to the next, so treat the last digits as a snapshot.

Nobody can rank it: neither TikTok nor Guinness tracks comment likes across the app. The comment most often called the most liked ever is Dylan Page's joke about GTA 6, reported at over 3.7 million likes in February 2024, a claim the report itself calls "almost impossible to confirm".
