Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of TikCommentPicker. Using the tool means accepting them; the short of it is that the tool is free, provided as-is, and that the giveaway itself remains entirely yours to run.

What the service is
TikCommentPicker reads the public comments on a public TikTok video and draws a random winner from the entries that satisfy the rules you set. It is free, requires no account, and places no limit on how many draws you run.
It is offered as-is. There is no service level, no uptime commitment, and no guarantee that it will still exist tomorrow in its present form or at all.
Acceptable use
The tool is meant for running giveaways on videos you are entitled to run a giveaway on. A few things are out of bounds:
- Do not use it on content you have no right to run a promotion for.
- Do not attempt to defeat, script around, or distribute load in order to evade the rate limits.
- Do not use it in any way that breaks TikTok's own terms, or the law that applies to you.
- Do not present its results as an official TikTok determination. They are not.
The giveaway is yours
This is the clause that matters most. You are the promoter of your giveaway, and this tool is only the instrument that picks a name. Everything else is yours: whether the promotion is lawful where you and your entrants are, whether it complies with TikTok's promotion rules, what the terms of entry are, whether a prize is delivered, and how any dispute with an entrant is resolved.
Rules for contests, sweepstakes and prize draws differ sharply between countries and some require registration, bonding, or specific published terms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and a random draw being fair is not the same thing as a promotion being legal.
What the tool can and cannot see
Only comments that are already public are read, and only on videos that are public at the time you run the draw. A comment fetch stops at roughly 1,000 top-level comments; where a video has more, the result is drawn from what was read and the tool says so. Replies to comments are not entries.
Comment data reflects the moment of fetching. Comments deleted, edited or posted afterwards are not reflected in a draw that has already run.
No affiliation with TikTok
TikCommentPicker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. TikTok is a trademark of its owner; it is referred to here only to describe what the tool works with.
No warranty
The tool is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or availability. The draw is designed to be fair and reproducible, and it is described openly enough to be checked — but no promise is made that it will be free of errors or interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of using the tool — including a disputed giveaway, an unhappy entrant, a prize awarded to the wrong person, a draw run on an incomplete comment pool, or the tool being unavailable when you needed it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When they do, the date at the top of this page moves, and continuing to use the tool after that means accepting the revised terms.
